After purchasing a voice library on the JUXER online store, you will receive a product redemption code in the following format:

『XX-XXXX-CCC1-CCC2-CCC3-CCC4』

If the format does not conform to the above, please refer to ACE AI Voice Library Redemption Guide(CDK).

1. Get in ACE Studio Personal Page.

Please make sure you have an ACE Studio account. If you don't, please register one first.

2. Click your profile image on the right corner, and select “Manage Account”

3. Find UID and copy it.

4. Go to Redeem Page.

Enter your UID and the product redemption code, submit, and you're all set!

Once verified, the system will automatically deliver the voice database to your ACE Studio account.
You can see it by restarting ACE Studio or pressing the refresh button on the singer list.
