Conditions and process of Returns.
1. Digital products are non-refundable once purchased.
2. Physical products shipped overseas are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
1. Items must be in brand new, unused, and unopened condition with all original packaging intact (including the product itself, accessories, free gifts, packaging box, and invoice).
2. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
3. Returns will not be accepted for items damaged, soiled, or with missing parts due to customer reasons.
4. Sale items, personalized items, personal hygiene products, food, and perishable goods are non-refundable.

2. Pack the item securely and include the original invoice. Ship the package to the return address provided by our customer service team.
3. After shipping the item, please provide the shipping proof to our customer service team.
4. Once our customer service team confirms that the returned item is in acceptable condition, a refund will be processed within 7 business days.
